A neighborhood classic, contemporary cuisine against a traditional backdrop, to choose from a well-composed card menu for €55. The atmosphere is soft in this sober setting under the chandeliers: salmon tartar with ginger, avocado and espelette cream, pike quenelle with peas, lamb blanquette with lime and rice pilaf, ending gently with imperial mandarin custard.
