Gault&Millau's review2025
To the south of Lunéville, Stéphane and Sonia Mayance have taken over this charming roadside inn and developed a warm, traditional address. The setting is fairly conventional, comfortable with a lovely terrace for fine weather, and the chef demonstrates a fine technique, which he puts to good use in classics such as a fine tart with zucchinis, tomatoes, ricotta, fried egg and pesto, a fillet of trout with dill, a veal head with two sauces, gribiche and ravigote, or a roast supreme of guinea fowl with a creamy rosemary sauce. Well-rounded service.
