Catherine's warm welcome and relaxed holiday atmosphere make for a delightful dining experience, with Didier's traditional cuisine featuring fish soup, scorpion fish terrine, octopus plancha or Duroc pig with mushroom jus and Cévennes onions, and Solliès figs in season with sangria sauce and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
