Gault&Millau's review 2026

Varnished wood, shiny chrome and beautiful white tablecloths set the mood for this opulent, bourgeois institution. It's a place where people come to indulge, with family or friends, in the classics that have made the country's international reputation: langoustine salad with foie gras, lobster bisque and truffle shavings, turbot with garlic and rosemary, grilled whole lobster, duck confit, pigeon from the Dublanc farm and chocolate coulant.
