A central position on the quay, ideal for admiring the sea and the ballet of boats. The Hôtel de France has its own table, a charming and cheerfully decorated address, with elements inspired by aquatic life. The focus is obviously on the sea, with a well-stocked menu featuring fish soup, crab mayonnaise, periwinkles, monkfish confit and creamy leek and bacon risotto, lemon zest and clementine foam, grilled lobster with tarragon, filet of beef a la plancha, forêt noire and kouign amann.
