We never tire of returning to this warm address on the wine route, where Sylvie and Kévin always welcome us with a sincere sense of enthusiasm. It's as much about the art of entertaining as it is about efficient, well-crafted market cuisine. Dishes on the slate rotate with the seasons: duck foie gras with rhubarb and strawberry compote, fillet of sea bream with creamy herb risotto, confit pork belly with mashed potatoes and sweet potato chips, roasted chocolate moelleux with coffee and ice cream.
