A small Parisian brasserie just south of Brittany, near the train station, for a first taste of the capital. The tone is classic, both in form and content, with bistro-style tables, banquettes and elegant Art Nouveau-style partitions, and classic, well-realized cuisine. À la carte: fish soup, Etel stuffed clams, fillet of sea bass with Jerusalem artichoke boulangère, heart of beef rump steak, gratin dauphinois, braised sucrine, beef chuck stew with winter vegetables, rum baba with whipped cream and seasonal fruit. Traditional menu at €23.
