Gault&Millau's review 2026

Right across from the Montparnasse train station, this unassuming little bistro nevertheless boasts a treasure trove of over 1,500 wines in its cellar! While the cuisine is quite conventional—though well-executed nonetheless—the wine list is the restaurant’s main attraction. To pair with bone marrow, Burgundy snails, beef bourguignon, or a vol-au-vent filled with chicken, mushrooms, and Albufera sauce, there are wines to suit every taste and from every region: Arnaud Lambert, Chapoutier, Château Latour, Jacques Selosse, Château Rayas, Domaine Gangloff, Domaine Jamet, Domaine Tissot, Clos Larrouyat, Fanny Sabre… And exceptional wines, including those served by the glass: Meursault from Coche-Dury, Château d’Yquem, Grands-Échezeaux from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Ribera del Duero from Vega Sicilia, and Hermitage from Jean-Louis Chave.
