Selected Standard fare, but an astonishing cellar with over a thousand references, just opposite the Montparnasse train station. The brasserie is a popular reference in the neighborhood, with its unchanged decor reinforcing habits. On the menu, to accompany the finest bottles, mayo eggs, escargots de Bourgogne en persillade, grilled octopus a la plancha, fennel confit with orange and smoked paprika, boeuf bourguignon, meats from the Metzger brothers, a baba au rhum agricole ambré.
