A well-kept central table, with a refined setting and carefully chosen materials - tables without tablecloths, comfortable chairs, parquet flooring - for a cuisine à l'ardoise that adapts to its audience and to the times: octopus plancha with chorizo sauce and vegetable tagliatelle, Manosque goat's cheese with tomato compote à la provençale, fillet of beef with red wine and rosemary sauce, mi-cuit with pistachio, among a choice of well-worked desserts, without banality. Full menu at €35, as you stroll through the current menu.
