Gault&Millau's review2026
Le Petit Pergolèse, taken over at the beginning of 2023 by Alexandra Damas and Serge Charbit, may have changed its decor as well as its owners, but the clientele hasn't changed much, with the owners of the Bentley parked opposite and watched over by the valet cohabiting with businessmen in three-piece suits and simple good eaters in trucker sweaters. This is what Petit Pergolèse is all about: a €38 lunch menu to get the job done (starter/main course or main course/dessert with a glass of wine and coffee) and a menu that takes us to price heights that are more or less justified by the quality of the produce and controlled execution: chartreuse de tourteau et avocat, filet de bar, purée de pommes de terre à l'huile d'olive and well-mastered Grand-Marnier soufflé for a bill that easily exceeds 100 euros if you add a glass of wine and mineral water. Parisian-style service, efficient and prompt.
