A must at the foot of the cathedral, Le Parvis is the practical, efficient brasserie you'd expect. Well-coordinated service, kitchens in working order, dishes come out at a good pace and as expected, with sometimes a little unnecessary exoticism, but on correct products: salmon gravlax declination of beet, leeks condiment kiwi, onglet of matured beef declination of carrots, gnocchi pecorino sauce with truffle .... Open daily, brunch is €30.
