Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the center of town, a fine bistronomic restaurant that combines the rustic charm of Savoyard chalets with classic dishes. The formula is well executed and deserves its good reputation. Return for fresh goat's cheese ravioli and leek fondue, grilled sea bass and scallops, cep risotto and lemon-ginger emulsion, lamb pavé with herbs and pan-fried potatoes, hot chocolate soufflé. Suitable cellar. Fair prices.
