Gourmet Restaurant Le petit Troquet des copains continues to move forward without hesitation or procrastination. The dishes are solid, adapting to the times while keeping a keen eye and a napkin around the neck: calf sweetbread terrine, leg of lamb with rosemary jus and small spelt risotto, not forgetting the unchanging beef bourguignon on the menu. We finish with a chocolate mi-cuit with candied cherries and cherry sorbet from this fine lunch menu at €35, in a beautiful Parisian bistro setting with marble trays, zinc and checkerboard tiling.
