Original Restaurant On the shores of Lac de Virlay, a well-equipped hotel with swimming pool, terrace and unobstructed view, just 2 hours from Paris, offers a welcome change of scenery near the famous abbey. The menu is classic, offering a taste of French and Berrichonne traditions: foie gras with fruit bread, filet de maigre with risotto and cockle jus, veal mignon with rosemary and vegetable tian, or raspberry millefeuille.
