Chef's Restaurant It's a unique place on the banks of the Vézère, with its terrace suspended above the water, offering a breathtaking view in summer, between nature and history, the village and the old bridge of Terrasson. It was here that Fabienne Eymard found herself, after years in the big wide world, at Chez Taillevent and Chez Ducasse, in New York and Paris. Time passes more slowly here, and we enjoy a real moment of sharing and authenticity, where we are brought back to the product and to seasonality. The chef's experience and training shine through at every stage of the meal, with a tataki of Limousin veal and golden sesame, a declination of Charentais melon and pineau granita, a fine calf's head with ravigote sauce, a walnut and coffee moelleux with coffee chocolate sauce. Tasting menu at 52 €.
