Set in the Normandy countryside between Vire and Avranches, this is a place where you can relax and feel good, run with brio by a dynamic team. Some of the mill's authentic features have been preserved in this neo-rustic setting, and the cuisine has much the same spirit, quite inventive while retaining the fundamentals: beef terrine and smoked foie gras, squid stuffed with seboise sauce, roasted eggplant tentacle tempura, fillet of brill stuffed with risotto croquette hollandaise, veal with port sauce, strawberry rubarb rocket sorbet tartlet.
