Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Gaillac region, this beautiful, long building overlooking the surrounding countryside is a true haven of peace. The panoramic view over the vineyards and the surrounding calm provide essential serenity. If you don't opt for the terrace, the interior is extremely contemporary, minimalist to the extreme, with only lime walls and steel and glass furniture. The plates, meanwhile, deliver a fine gastronomic taste of the local terroir, with just the right amount of technique and aesthetic sense to renew the genre with personality. Very pleasant staff.
