A well-kept, flower-filled house in the village, offering locals and visitors alike a reassuring menu of regional recipes, with a few personal touches: presskopf with gribiche sauce, sauerkraut salad, bouchée à la reine, baeckeoffe with Riesling, guinea fowl with chanterelle sauce. The choice is vast, the plate generous and meticulous, right down to the blueberry tiramisu and the kougelhopf glazed with gewurztraminer marc.
