With its quiet, covered terrace, smiling welcome and generous, classic regional cuisine, this well-kept farmhouse has a lot going for it. Good recipes in simplicity and quality of product, eggplant terrine with Granettes bush, lonzo and Corsican tomme, feet and packages, lamb mouse confit... A toque this year.
