In the heart of the Champagne region, this beautiful stone building is now a 3* auberge de pays de bonne accueil, with rooms that are both typical and modern, and a traditional dining room. The menu features local essentials such as chaource gratin with potatoes, trout with vegetables, pork knuckle with cider and risotto. Nice cellar. Happy service.
