A Norman institution that has been a fixture on the local scene for the past forty years, the house is a safe, comforting place to enjoy local classics and specialties prepared by the fireplace. The €32 menu offers a pretty landscape, with smoked local ham, andouillette with veal strawberry, trout à la Normande, pork filet mignon with cider sauce... Classic desserts. Cellar with good accompaniment.
