Gault&Millau's review 2026

Perched on the cliffs of Carry, this Provencal villa offers a sublime view of the Mediterranean, with a terrace that's obviously very popular in high season. The place is designed for a fairly classic and universal regional experience, with must-tries from the Mediterranean repertoire: fish soup, Camargue oysters, Marseilles bouillabaisse, a whole sea bream, an eight-hour lamb shoulder confit. Classic desserts.
