The in-house brasserie goes the extra mile with a high-caliber €26.50 menu, combining seafood and current trends, such as the six long island oysters, Charentais melon with Serrano ham, hake a la plancha, sauce vierge, confit tomatoes and grenailles, the "M burger", or the lacquered Iberian pluma, mousseline of forgotten vegetables.
