Gault&Millau's review 2026

Simple, efficient and inexpensive, it's a rumillian's best bet, with an unbeatable lunch menu for less than €20, and dishes of the moment on the slate, which is always well inspired, and shows a generous and rather well-balanced cuisine, particularly in desserts, with an addictive crème renversée, and a variation around milk. Earlier in the day, we were delighted to try the yellow poultry with pak choï purée, the scallop bread, which was a great success, and the pig trilogy. Free for lunch, hidden menus imposed at the end of the week in the evening.
