Justine and Olivier welcome you to the banks of the Indre River near the swimming area, from April through the end of September, in a friendly, family-oriented open-air café atmosphere. Chef Olivier treats you to flavors sourced primarily from local producers, which he excels at grilling on the plancha. Andouillette with Vouvray and mustard sauce, entrecôte with Béarnaise sauce, duck breast with red fruit sauce, filet mignon skewers with pesto, and chicken skewers marinated in thyme and lemon—each dish is served with fries and a salad. The sauces are homemade by the chef. A spacious terrace shaded by tall trees, pergolas, and tents ensures that your lunch or dinner is as pleasant as possible in this bucolic setting about fifteen kilometers south of Tours.
