Gourmet Restaurant Just off Les Halles, an honest and quiet bistro for regulars, who find their lunch menu at under €30, or pick from the menu of traditional and valorous dishes that justify the chef's hat: croustillant d'escargots, magret rôti polenta sauce miel, tartare au cognac frites, crème brûlée fève tonka. Safe values in the cellar (Jonathan Pabiot, Agnès Paquet, Cuilleron, Clos des Augustins) for a good price-pleasure ratio.
