Gourmet Restaurant
A lively eatery in the heart of the city, it doesn't usurp its name by relying on the local produce, but it does offer, on the short slate of the moment, well-crafted plates and recipes without blinkers, with sometimes a few too many ingredients: carpaccio de saint-jacques mariné à la citronnelle taboulé de caou-fleur à l'huile de chorizo, filet de dorade grise snackée risotto de riz rouge crémeux aux shiitakés potimarron beurre de crevettes et chorizo, cassoulet à la bretonne. For a fashionable touch, arancini or the "Rosko bowl", including a vegan version, a nice lemon tart with raspberry coulis for dessert.
