The Montgrand garden provides the catering, both for guests and non-residents, who can enjoy a calm, elegant setting and high-quality market cuisine. The seasonal menu features cuttlefish carbonara, peasant bacon, pecorino cheese, candied egg yolk and truffle oil, almond-crusted redfish pavé, roasted cauliflower steak, celery brunoise and granny apples, shellfish bisque, a black angus wok, small spelt risotto, roasted salsify, pear and caper condiments, thyme jus, or a chocolate and coffee tartelette.
