Gourmet Restaurant A chic boutique hotel just a stone's throw from the old port, where you can enjoy a seasonal table as pleasant indoors as in the courtyard of the private mansion, out of sight. While at lunchtime, the teams come up with new ideas from the market every day, in the evening, they aim a little higher with a Mediterranean theme: Mediterranean tuna tartare, celeriac remoulade, granny-smith apple, poached cod pavé with lemongrass, vitelotte potato crush, glazed carrots, sauce vierge, beef rib eye steak and hearty jus, creamy polenta with herbs, shallot confit and parmesan tuile. Good service.
