Right in the heart of Cannes, this Grain de Sel offers a contemporary urban style that takes full advantage of the region's riches, with a touch of fusion. The formula is fairly consensual, but the results live up to their promise: organic perfect egg from Vence, creamy Jerusalem artichoke and warm foie gras, prawn risotto, pad thai, bass cooked in banana leaf, coconut milk, lemongrass and ginger, entrecôte frites... Classic cellar.
