Prices are rather high, especially for dinner with a €65 formula, but the plate is well-balanced (Arctic char, farmhouse poultry supreme with morels), and the lunch menu is rather attractive at €35, salmon gravlax beet, roast duck fillet eggplant duo with parsley butter, citrus fruit texture. An even more ambitious formula at €89. Interesting Burgundy cellar with a good bias in choosing the owners.
