On the Rosendael side of the town, this is a trendy, young and lively restaurant, claiming its "bistronomic" spirit. The place is pretty, the atmosphere relaxed, and the short menu is precise and well-executed, if not really original: tuna tataki with chimichurri sauce, tomato carpaccio with stracciatella pesto, Sarladaises-style duck breast, melon chutney with port, apricot and verbena millefeuille with mascarpone cream. A good menu at €41 covering the à la carte menu.
