Gault&Millau's review 2025

The setting is quite pleasant, in a quiet street close to the sea. And regulars continue to frequent this different, pleasant and informal place. However, routine has set in a little over the years, and this year we didn't find the toques of yesteryear (we'll forget the lobster hot dog and remember the very correct cod on a clam and mussel nage). Short cellar with a few classics, and a good chef's cuvée signed by Colombo.
