Gault&Millau's review 2026

The tradition and regularity of a well-formatted bistro, in terms of both prices and cuisine. No surprises, but an indisputable price-pleasure ratio. Today's menu is €42, offering a choice from a well-founded menu: snail and mushroom ravioli with parsley emulsion, squid stuffed with pak choï, confit pork belly, sucrine lacquered with meat juice, caramelized clementine with chocolate chantilly and clementine sorbet. Well-organized service in a regularly animated dining room.
