In the heart of the village and facing the ski slopes, Le Floucat celebrates the best of local flavors and welcomes guests in a friendly and sincere manner! Since December 2024, this restaurant has been run by three partners united by their love of good food: Parween, an experienced chef and restaurateur, Bastien, who runs the bar next door, and Olivier, a sheep farmer. Here, lamb from their own sheepfold is the star, worked whole and cooked according to the inspiration of the moment. Potatoes from their farm, cheeses from the valley, trout from Châteauroux: short circuits and respect for the product illustrate the "farm to plate" philosophy. The chef delivers dishes that sublimate local produce revisited with precision and modernity, between precise dressings, modern plates and straightforward flavors, accompanied by a selection of wines and cocktails. The ultra-chalet décor, with its larch wood and stone walls, extends the conviviality of this table committed to good eating and the pleasure of happy gourmet moments, every day during school vacations (closed on Wednesdays out of season).
