It's longevity that speaks for itself: on the other side of the avenue encircling the town center, Le Denti doesn't have the advantage of location, even if this position makes it more accessible. What does make the difference is this probity, this simplicity that conceals a cuisine that's always well done at a fair price: grilled squid, squash and capers, cochon des Bornes, lemon fennel and coriander, chocolate citrus and hazelnut tart, in a short seasonal menu. Cheeses from Dubouloz, good menu at €40.
