Gourmet Restaurant Traditional connoisseurs appreciate the calm, simplicity and straightforwardness of Le Denti. No excessive frills, just quality products faithfully treated in a French restaurant atmosphere. The €35 menu covers the essentials, with grilled squid, sweet potato and lemon, red mullet perlon with parsnip and bouillabaisse jus, and farmhouse guinea fowl with mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes. Simple desserts, good cheeses from Dubouloz.
