A bistrot de pays with a legitimate reputation, this small table on the edge of the traffic circle at the entrance to the village defends an accessible, high-level menu, with market-driven proposals that testify as much to knowledge of the product as to knowledge of techniques. For €15.90, the customer has the advantage, with smoked trout, parsley-lemon mousse and blinis, braised duck with sweet-spice jus, pan-fried vegetables, fruit soup, strawberry mousse and tarragon crumble.
