In the heart of the island, a magnificent country house, with its beautiful terrace and flowers, is a small paradise in summer. The dishes feature local produce in simple, effective compositions, such as Bréhat oysters, mussels with seaweed, roast pork with cider, scallop pie and fish & chips.
