We love this Corsican restaurant, not far from the Luxembourg Gardens, for its fine selection of island products, its mastery of tradition and its capacity for innovation that reinvents the terroir. In this very Parisian bistro-bistrot setting, the plates bring a ray of sunshine that's comforting when it's raining: tomato confit cake with thyme, a whole sea bass in a salt crust, vegetable tagliatelle, seven-hour lamb confit, fiadone with brocciu. Good service.
