Gault&Millau's review 2025

A rustic look with beautiful Bordeaux stone and vintage furniture to great effect for this Confidentiel, also present in Arcachon. The cuisine is very much of today, rather clever and varied, with vegan stuffed tomatoes, oysters from Dupuch, beef tataki maki, wok and burger essentials, Mediterranean-style octopus or veal quasi with haddock cream and black rice with grana. A toque this year, too, for the young, efficient and smiling service.
