On the beautiful Place Ducale, a wine bar that brings the area to life by showcasing wines from all regions and offering very decent food, including hearty salad meals, charcuterie and cheese platters, and a menu worthy of its chef’s hat: scrambled free-range eggs with foie gras and pine nuts, roasted cockerel with herb-infused tomato cream and seasonal vegetables, and a Reims pink biscuit with a trompe-l’œil design and red fruit coulis.
