Breizh Cafés can be found as far afield as Megève, but the one in Saint-Malo has earned its rightful place: in the nobility of the galette, there are Bertrand Larcher's counters, nourished by fine produce and undeniable savoir-faire, in the welcome and the plate, which have significantly advanced the genre. The atmosphere is perfect for a galette with Guéméné andouille, organic egg, comté cheese, onion confit with cider and Bordier farmhouse cream, or a galette with buckwheat honey from Brittany and buckwheat ice cream... The menu is expanding to include seasonal galettes, rolls and even seasonal soups.
