This is Bertrand Larcher's Breizh café "in situ", just a stone's throw from his Cancale stronghold, in the perfect spot to attract attention. You'll find the same (high) standards of the house, in the making of the galettes as in the quality of the fillings. Regulars opt for the seasonal crêpes, which renew the genre and appreciate the nods to friends (the galette with Pierre Oteiza's Basque ham and Espelette pepper, or with farmhouse andouille with Bordier cream...). You can also try the oysters, rolls and all the crêpes froment...
