Over by the docks, just outside the city, regulars gather there—in an authentic Mac Orlan-style atmosphere—to enjoy the day’s catch, savored for its simplicity and natural flavor: fresh razor clams grilled on a plancha, fresh sardines, poached skate wing with a creamy sauce, and sea bass fillet with sauce vierge. For something a little more elaborate, hot oysters with morel mushrooms, John Dory with wild mushrooms, or kidneys in mustard sauce are also excellent choices.
