For the past 45 years, this downtown brasserie has provided the local bistro scene with a spacious layout and decor that make it both popular and vintage, in the spirit of the bouchons of yesteryear. The menu is logically generalist and traditional, and offers something for every taste, with that sense of recipe and simplicity that keeps customers coming back for more: parsley ham, boiled egg with Munster cheese and country bacon, cod aioli and seasonal vegetables, beef tartare au couteau, duck breast with cherries... Diligent service.
