A friendly country inn on the road to Saint-Lizier, where you'll find a market-fresh menu at competitive prices. Depending on the week, you'll find calf's head with gribiche sauce, pork terrine with dried apricots, julienne fillet with bercy sauce and parmesan oreillettes, pork filet mignon with old-fashioned mustard sauce and baked apples, or duck leg confit with sweet potato purée and bethmale potato gratin.
