The restaurant has retained its chic, contemporary, and nautical style, much to the delight of vacationers on Les Planches: oysters and seafood, grilled octopus, sea bass on a bed of babaganoush, Kagashima Wagyu, and timeless classics such as sole meunière, grilled turbot, and sea bass in a salt crust.
