It’s the perfect spot for any occasion—a grand, elegant, old-world restaurant as richly decorated as it is spacious, complete with an elevated terrace. The dishes are of a noble tradition: a salmon-colored trout from the Southwest prepared Gravelax-style with Neuvic oscietra caviar, whole sole meunière with seasonal vegetables, Tournedos Rossini, chocolate fondant with pecans, Guanaja ganache, tonka bean whipped cream, caramelized popcorn, and corn ice cream.
