A well-established family-run business since 1986, this restaurant has become a fixture on the local culinary scene. It's a meeting place for all occasions, a large and beautiful bourgeois address as richly decorated as it is high up on the terrace. The dishes are in the finest tradition: gravelax-style salmon trout from the southwest with Neuvic osciètre caviar, whole sole meunière with seasonal vegetables, tournedos Rossini, chocolate fondant with pecans, guanaja ganache, tonka bean crème montée, caramelized popcorn and corn ice cream.
