This is a consistently good address, located next to the racecourse and championing pleasant traditional cuisine. The €27 menu offers excellent value for money, with its crunchy pont-l'évêque with andouille sausage, salmon fillet with cured ham, leek fondue and balsamic sauce, beef parmentier with tarragon tomato jus, and dessert of warmed apples, crumble and salted butter caramel ice cream.
