Sponsored Chef and manager Emmanuel Taffein, who has spent more than 30 years working with renowned chefs, has been at the Café du Théâtre since 2024, working with rigor and passion to bring you intuitive, bistronomic cuisine inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and the creativity of his teams. For lunch or dinner, with the exception of show nights, this open-minded chef creates trendy dishes that emphasize seasonal produce, including unique aromatic plants cultivated by his landscape gardener friend. "My cuisine is that of everyone around me. That's why the menu changes several times a month. We give ourselves permission to question everything," he says. And what a pleasure it is! Witness the perfect egg, coco tarbais, parmesan emulsion or the grilled sea bream, crispy eggplant, candied peppers and cherry tomato coulis. This tasty modern cuisine, served with care by his partner, Virginie Bimbenet, and his team in the dining room, at affordable prices (formulas start at just €25), makes Café du Théâtre a restaurant that never lets up.
