Gourmet Restaurant The inn as one might imagine it, set up there over thirty years ago, embodying the heart of the village, where travelers and locals cross paths, as in the old days. The family-run business covers all segments, from hotel to bar to restaurant, and even offers takeaway baskets. The Landes region is well celebrated here, with generous traditions: hot wild boar pâté in puff pastry, melon with ham from La Bruyère farm, duck in salmis and croutons, duck mignons with warm foie gras, grilled Landes pastis with vanilla ice cream, tiramisù with Pissos strawberries...
