This Place Monge institution has found a new lease on life in recent years with David Pouly and chef Samir Mahboub, and the bistro spirit is evident along with a certain liveliness and good humor in the dining room. The à la carte program is vast enough to create the sequence that suits you: salmon gravlax with red cabbage and tahini sauce, bavette with sautéed potatoes and tartar sauce, vanilla ginger grapefruit pannacotta for a total of around €50 (dishes are targeted to the nearest ten cents). And it's open 7/7!
